The Maryborough Cat Expo in June 2025 was a fantastic two-day event, featuring an engaging stage display focused on training cats and showcasing their intelligence, confidence, and trainability. Across both days, the event delivered an excellent opportunity to present educational content, including a dedicated genetics talk for breeders, supporting informed and ethical breeding practices.
The expo provided valuable time to connect with the wider community and engage with potential future kitten families, fostering meaningful conversations around responsible ownership, behaviour, and lifelong care. Shared alongside the “All Cats Matter” team, the weekend was two full days of fun, education, and connection, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, advocacy, and positive public engagement within the cat community.
